Delivery

All sales are intended exclusively for export outside of the USA. We provide reliable and flexible worldwide delivery solutions tailored specifically for B2B clients in the automotive parts industry.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple delivery options depending on the size, urgency, and destination of your order:

  • Air Freight – a fast and efficient solution for urgent and high-priority shipments.
  • Sea Freight (Container Shipping) – a cost-effective option for bulk and large-volume orders.
  • Courier Services – for small orders, we use trusted international carriers such as USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery Coverage

We ship worldwide, with all shipments originating from the United States and delivered to international destinations.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are not fixed and depend on multiple factors, including, but not limited to:

  • Shipment dimensions and weight
  • Destination country
  • Selected shipping method (air, sea, or courier)
  • Packaging and handling requirements
  • Current carrier rates, surcharges, and market conditions

For this reason, each shipment is calculated individually to determine the most efficient and commercially reasonable logistics solution.

Shipping Cost Calculation

  • For standard orders, shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process.
  • For clients placing systematic, recurring, or bulk orders, shipping cost may be calculated individually before dispatch and confirmed separately prior to shipment.

Export Terms

All goods are sold for export from the United States only.

The buyer acts as the importer of record in the destination country and assumes full responsibility for:

  • Import customs clearance
  • Compliance with all applicable local laws, rules, and regulations
  • Obtaining and providing any import permits, licenses, certificates, or approvals
  • Ensuring that the ordered goods are permitted for import into the destination country

Special Product Handling & Dangerous Goods

Certain products may be classified as Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Materials under applicable international transport regulations, including but not limited to IATA, IMDG, and other carrier or regulatory rules.

Such products may include, without limitation:

  • Technical liquids, oils, lubricants, and chemicals
  • Batteries, including lithium and lead-acid batteries
  • Airbags and airbag modules
  • Seat belt pretensioners
  • Other items containing flammable, pressurized, reactive, or otherwise regulated components

Important:

  • Such goods may be restricted, limited, or prohibited for air freight and courier delivery services.
  • Additional documentation, certification, packaging, marking, and labeling may be required.
  • Special handling procedures and/or specialized carriers may be necessary.
  • Additional shipping, handling, storage, compliance, and administrative charges may apply.

Prior approval and coordination is required before placing an order for any such goods.

Failure to disclose the hazardous or regulated nature of goods may result in shipment refusal, delay, cancellation, return, disposal, or additional charges. Any and all costs, fees, penalties, losses, or expenses arising from the transportation, handling, compliance, rejection, return, or storage of such goods shall be borne solely by the buyer.

Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

All shipments are exported from the United States. Where export is properly documented, U.S. domestic sales tax may not apply in accordance with applicable U.S. law.

However, any and all import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, clearance charges, regulatory charges, storage fees, demurrage, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Transatlanticparts:

  • Does not collect, estimate, or guarantee foreign taxes, duties, or import charges
  • Has no control over customs procedures, import restrictions, or fees in the destination country
  • Is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, holds, refusals, confiscations, or additional charges

The buyer is solely responsible for determining and complying with all import requirements applicable in the country of destination before placing an order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once an order is confirmed and prepared:

  • The shipment is dispatched from the United States
  • Tracking information is provided when available
  • The goods are handed over to the selected carrier, freight forwarder, or courier service
